Chris and Lin founded Maui Fruit Jewels in 2012 after moving from China. With her Le Cordon Bleu pastry arts training in hand, Lin experiments with the island's abundant fruits, creating recipes for their signature jellies, pastes, shortbreads, and purées. Chris manages production using his background in industrial engineering and manufacturing. Together with their team of artisan confectioners, the couple transforms Hawaiʻi-grown fruits into premium delicious products, sharing their love for the islands with the fruits of their labor.
