Made from kalo (taro) grown at Kualoa Ranch and processed into poi by our friends at Kākoʻo ʻŌiwi.

Kalo is a starchy root, that will solidify after processing into poi.  To make it to your desired consistency, follow these cooking instructions.

Cooking Instructions:
1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator before using.
2. If dry, crumble into a saucepan and add a little water. 
3. Simmer on the stovetop and stir until your desired consistency.
4. Cool and serve.
5. Stir before serving.

Storage Tips

Keep frozen for up to 3 months. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
