Our pork is sourced from Kualoa Ranch, where their pigs are raised through a combination of Korean natural farming and open-pasture methods in alignment with their holistic, regenerative agriculture program. These pigs are fed a diet primarily of farm off-grade fruits and vegetables, helping close the loop on food waste while nourishing our animals naturally. The resulting pork is pasture-raised with care and intention, embodying a commitment to sustainable land stewardship and ethical animal husbandry.
