Beautiful purple canes -fresh, juicy and so sweet!. Possibly a Hawaiian variety, this cane has deep purple color and a light misty bloom, as well as purple leaves. Remove tough skin and cut into skewers, then use to grill or smoke meat or veggies, press/blend and strain into juice, or just chew on a skewer and suck the fresh, sweet sugar out.
