Red kale, sometimes called scarlet kale or red Russian kale is almost identical to curly kale, except in appearance. Whether you sauteed it or mixed it into a salad you cannot go wrong.

Some red curly kale varieties can be thicker than green curly kale. This variety has the same texture of green curly kale, but with an extra pop of color!
