From our kitchen to yours.
Our pork is sourced from Mountain View Farms in Waiʻanae, Oʻahu, where their pigs are raised using the Korean Natural Farming method, a technique that uses microorganisms to support a healthy farming ecosystem. Their pigs are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and are never treated with antibiotics or steroids. Note: When we package items in a plastic, BPA-free container, we cool the ingredient down before placing into the container.
Ingredients: Rendered Hawaiian pork fat
Raised, harvested, and processed in Hawaiʻi with local and imported ingredients
