Great raw or cooked, a "must have" for Hawai‘i's home gardeners. Continuously harvest for longer production, peppers are sweetest when they turn yellow when ripe but are also tasty as a green pepper.
This variety Hawaiian Sunray is a cross of Ka’ala with a yellow bull horn pepper. Gorgeous golden-yellow Italian heirloom Corno di Toro type and now available adapted to Hawaii. 6-10 in. long curved, tapered fruit shaped like a bull's horn with thin skin and thick walls, average weight 3.8 oz/pepper.
