These tasty little mushrooms have a light, earthy flavor. Whether sliced fresh for a salad or sauteed in oil, they do not disappoint.

Napa, Chinese, or sometimes called celery cabbage is less pungent than other cabbages with a mild and slightly sweet peppery taste and a fabulous crunch. Delicious eaten raw, cooked on its own, and mixed into salads, slaws, and stir-fries. 

This mix highlights mizuna, a Japanese mustard green with a mildly spicy flavor. Great on its own as a salad topper, or to give soup that extra kick.
