Beef
Our beef is 100% Hawaiian grass-fed and finished, raised in Waimea on the Big Island without hormones or antibiotics. It’s minimally processed by Hāmākua Meat Processors and cut in-house at Farm Link Hawaiʻi.

Parker Ranchʻs Paniolo Cattle Company offers local grass-fed beef, born and raised on Hawaiʻi Island. These cattle graze on nutrient-rich grasses and are free from antibiotics and added hormones. The program draws on the vaquero tradition, emphasizing sustainable, high-quality beef production.

Lamb
Kahua Ranch, spanning 2,100 acres on Kohala Mountain, specializes in sustainable grazing with Merino-based sheep. Their focus on rotational grazing improves soil health and biodiversity, producing tender, high-quality lamb and beef.

Pork
Mountain View Farms in Waiʻanae raises pigs using Korean Natural Farming methods, feeding them a 100% vegetarian diet with no antibiotics or steroids, fostering a healthy ecosystem.

Venison
Maui Nui’s venison is wild-harvested at night using FLIR technology for a stress-free process. These deer are never baited or fenced, ensuring they remain wild until harvest.

Seafood
Local Iʻa promotes sustainable fishing, working with pono fishers to provide responsibly sourced seafood. Their mission is to support local fisheries and ensure seafood availability for future generations.

Blue Ocean Mariculture is based in Kona, Blue Ocean Mariculture specializes in responsibly farmed Hawaiian Kanpachi, using innovative techniques to minimize environmental impact while producing premium-quality fish.
