Farm Link Hawai‘i now offers free islandwide home delivery to those paying with SNAP-EBT! You can order online, we'll text you with updates as your driver is on their way, and your driver will swipe your EBT card on your doorstep. You'll automatically get unlimited 50% off fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables through the DA BUX Double Up Food Bucks program, and there is no delivery fee for SNAP-EBT orders!

How Do I Start?

If you already have a SNAP-EBT card, then simply complete our quick signup form to create a SNAP-EBT account with us. Or, email support@farmlinkhawaii.com with your first and last name, delivery address, email, mobile phone number, and any delivery instructions to help our driver find your home. We will set up your login and password and then you'll be able to order on your own anytime.

How do I place an order?

Once your account is set up, you can place an order at any time by visiting our Shop. All you have to do is ensure you have a subtotal of $30 in your basket by 10 p.m. the day before delivery. On the day of delivery, we'll text you with location updates of our driver. Note, when purchasing with SNAP-EBT you'll get 50% off all produce with no daily limit. When you add a qualifying item into your cart, you will see the DABUX discount amount in your sidebar cart. Each time you add another qualifying item, this amount will increase. Our $6.99 delivery fee is automatically waived on all SNAP-EBT orders.

What products are 50% off?

When paying with EBT, all fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables and packaged goods made exclusively from them (e.g. dried banana) are 50% off through our partnership with the DA BUX Program. You'll automatically get an unlimited 50% discount when we swipe your EBT card at the time of delivery!

What time do you deliver? Do I need to be home?

We deliver daily between 9 am and 5 pm. Because we need to swipe your EBT card, you must be home to meet our delivery driver. On the day of delivery, we will send you a text message with a tracking link so you'll have an idea when the driver will show up.

Can I pick up my order?

Sure! You may select to pick your order up at Farm Link Food Hub (743 Waiakamilo Rd, Suite J, Honolulu, HI 96817) daily from 10 am to 12 pm. To change your account from home delivery to pickup at the Farm Link Food Hub, click on MY ACCOUNT, select it under the delivery/pickup dropdown, and then click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page.

What if I'm already a Farm Link customer?

No problem! Just let us know you'd like to start using your SNAP-EBT benefit with us. Call or text us at (808) 201-5252 or email support@farmlinkhawaii.com, and be sure to specify the email address on your account.

Note: SNAP-EBT may be used on home delivery and Farm Link Food Hub pickup orders only. (Partner pickup sites are not equipped to do SNAP-EBT transactions.)
